Return Policy: You will have 14 days to return your radio(s) for a full refund from the date of purchase ONLY for defective radios. If products have been open, used and repacked; there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Item(s) MUST be in the same condition (NEW) that they were sent to the customer (unless a used item was purchased). Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.  The customer is responsible for the cost of the return via UPS, USPS or FedEx and should insure it properly. SimplePTT USA takes no responsibility for a lost package or damaged package return. By purchasing any items from the shop, you are agreeing to these terms. The first year of Data Service is INCLUDED with all radio purchases. After the first year of service, you will be invoiced (or can pay online) $30 for another year of continued service. Purchased devices have a 60 day unlock policy. Purchases from SimplePTT USA® constitutes your IMEI(s) of your device to stay locked onto the PRS System for a minimum of 60 days before it can be released for you. Should you have your device removed at anytime, SimplePTT USA will also deactivate any SIM service attached to the device. By purchasing a radio and service, you are agreeing to this unlock of the IMEI(s) policy herein.
