Return Policy: You will have 14 days to return your radio(s) for a full refund from the date of purchase ONLY for defective radios. If products have been open, used and repacked; there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Item(s) MUST be in the same condition (NEW) that they were sent to the customer (unless a used item was purchased). Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return via USPS and should insure it properly. SimplePTT USA takes no responsibility for a lost package or damaged package return. ANY DEVICE IMEI YOU WISH TO HAVE RELEASED AFTER PURCHASE IS FREE OF CHARGE, HOWEVER THE CURRENT SIM CARD SERVICE WILL DEACTIVATE ONCE YOU RELEASE THE IMEI AS THAT IS PART OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RADIO PACKAGE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING IT WILL REMAIN ON THE SIMPLEPTT PLATFORM ONLY. By purchasing any items from the shop, you are agreeing to these terms. The first year of Data Service is INCLUDED with all radio purchases. After the first year of service, you will be invoiced for your SIM based on your SIM card plan.
