Return Policy: You will have 14 days to return your radio(s) for a full refund from the date of purchase ONLY for defective radios (ALL Radios are fully tested before shipping). If products have been open, used and repacked; there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Item(s) MUST be in the same condition (NEW) that they were sent to the customer. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return via USPS and should insure it properly. SimplePTT USA takes no responsibility for a lost or damaged package return. You can request the IMEI to be released at ANY time and this will NOT affect your SIM card by any means. You can also request your purchase to have your radio arrive NOT ATTACHED to any Platform in the NOTES at checkout. The first year of Data Service is INCLUDED with all radio purchases.
