1. Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a RealPTT/SimplePTT platform license (“License”) or using the platform (“Platform”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
2. Free Speech & Platform Restrictions:
SimplePTT USA respects the First Amendment right to free speech. However, to ensure safety and a positive user experience, the following restrictions apply:

Prohibited Conduct: Users agree NOT to:

Do their best to refrain from foul language.

Belittle, threaten, or bully others.
-
Misuse the Dispatching software to exploit others’ location data unknowingly.

Utilize public channels/rooms for security or law enforcement communications.

On the 100ch PRS System, Public channels are for the general public and are moderated. xL channels are NOT moderated, so enter at your own risk. Excessive profanity, bullying, talk about illegal topics and sexual talk are NOT permitted on ANY non-xL channels and will be moderated as such. Anyone caught with this behavior can or will be removed from that channel(s), or possibly having their access completely removed from the system. SimplePTT USA® nor T2M take ANY liability of what is said or done in xL Channels. You have been warned!

3. Location Sharing:

User locations may be displayed on a map. To disable this feature, email: SimplePTTUSA@gmail.com

Location data must never be used for harmful or deviant purposes.
4. Communication Features:

Private Chat: Users may contact others directly but can reject incoming messages.

Public Channels: Restricted to users aged 18+ unless parental/guardian consent is emailed to SimplePTT USA. Minors may access private channels (e.g., family settings) without consent.
5. Enforcement:

Violations:

First offense: Written warning.

Second offense: Possible immediate termination of access.

SimplePTT USA reserves the right to mute or disconnect users pending review.
6. Age Requirements:

Public channels generally require users to be 18+ or have verified parental consent.

Private channels allow users of any age without restrictions.

ALL members of any age are expected to adhere to the same policy.
7. Global Use & Language Preference:

Users worldwide may access the Platform. English is preferred for public communication. Non-English discussions should occur in designated channels, or private channels when possible.
8. Device Dependency:

Features (messaging, voice calls, GPS, Man Down, SOS Alerts) rely on the user’s device capabilities. SimplePTT USA is not responsible for device limitations.
9. Modifications:

SimplePTT USA may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
