Here is where you can bid on items in a Silent Auction. Items sent are tested that they turn on. All items are sent "AS IS" and buyer assumes 100% responsibility of such. We will try and list as much information as we can. User assumes use of all items and agrees that SimplePTT does not give support for any NON-SimplePTT Items. Rules and Terms are listed below. Items must be of a communications nature (ie: PTT Radios, HAM, GMRS, FRS Radios, Meshtastic, etc.) Your are alloted $15 for shipping of your items, anything more the seller must cover. By using this service, you are agreeing to the below Rules and Terms and you are 18 years of age or more:

1.) Bidders can only bid ONE TIME, so make sure you place your highest bid. Duplicate entries will use your lowest bid.
2.) Bids are NOT listed on the website, it's a SILENT AUCTION.
3.) Bidding lasts for 7 days before closing on all items. Final sale price will be listed for 24 hours after bidding ends.
4.) By using this service, you agree to make your payment to SimplePTT within 24 hours via an emailed invoice.
5.) Payments on Bids not made within 24 hours will be removed and the next highest bidder will win the item and sent an invoice.
6.) Sellers of items MUST ship items and provide tracking to SimplePTT within 48 hours of selling.
7.) SimplePTT will collect a 20% Commission fee on all sales. Payouts will be via CASHAPP or PayPal, and sent AFTER the tracking displays item(s) as DELIVERED within 24 hours of delivery to the buyer.
8.) Sellers MAKE SURE you have CashApp or PayPal to recieve your payouts.
9.) ALL ITEMS will retain a FLAT FEE of $15.00 for shipping of all items. Sellers may send via: USPS, FED-EX or UPS.
10.) SELLERS MUST DISCLOSE ANY DEFECTS, CONDITIONS AND INCLUDE 3 PHOTOS OF ITEMS WHEN LISTING.
11.) ANY issues or returns with items are solely between the buyer and seller to make things right. SimplePTT will retain their commissions on items reguardless of the outcomes or returns.
12.) Seller Items will be listed on the Auction Items page within 24 hours of submission.
13.) Submitted items are listed on a first come first list basis. When submissions are CLOSED, you will need to wait to submit your item until it says OPEN. Only 10 items at a time will be listed. Once an item drops off the listings 24 hours after it is sold, the next item in que will be listed.
